Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products purchased directly from our website. Due to the nature of electronic vaporization products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Ensure your device is in its original, sealed packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them to our designated processing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's sealed condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
